Wok-hei heat, glass-top good looks.
A 90cm built-in gas hob from Electrolux’s UltimateTaste 300 range, with two cooking zones and a powerful 5.0 kW wok burner for real stir-fry heat.
Black tempered glass wipes clean easily, cast-iron pan supports hold a heavy wok steady, and a flame failure device cuts the gas if the flame goes out.
A high-power burner for the fierce heat Malaysian cooking needs — stir-fries, sambal and fried rice cook fast and evenly.
If the flame goes out — a gust of wind or a pot boiling over — the gas supply cuts off automatically.
Push and turn the knob with one hand to light the burner. No lighter needed, and your other hand stays free.
A flat glass top with no hard-to-reach corners, so spills and oil splashes wipe away in seconds.
Heavy, stable supports that keep a large wok or claypot steady, and last for years.
Fits a wide range of counter openings — 700 to 865 mm wide — so it is easy to replace an old hob without re-cutting the counter.
